Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more before departure: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking/departure time will incur no cancellation charges.
• Within 48 hours of departure: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking/departure time will be subject to 100% cancellation charges and no refund will be provided.
• Eligible refunds: Where a booking is eligible for a refund, the approved amount will be returned to the original payment method/account within 7 working days.
