These Terms & Conditions apply to chauffeur-driven limousine bookings made with Quick Wheels FZE. By completing a booking or payment, the customer agrees to these terms together with the applicable Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Bookings & Payments
A booking is subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Quick Wheels FZE. The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, contact and passenger information. Where online payment is available, payment must be successfully completed for the booking to be treated as paid.
2. Hourly Limousine Charges
Hourly bookings are calculated using the published hourly rate for the selected limousine and the number of hours selected at the time of booking. Any additional time, route changes, extra stops or services requested after booking may result in additional charges where applicable.
3. Passenger Capacity
The number of passengers must not exceed the stated capacity of the booked limousine. Quick Wheels FZE may refuse to carry passengers where doing so would be unsafe, unlawful or exceed the vehicle’s permitted capacity.
4. Pickup, Waiting Time & Journey Details
Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time. The customer must provide accurate journey details and a reachable mobile number. Additional waiting time may be chargeable where applicable. Any applicable waiting-time charge will be communicated before it is collected.
5. Chauffeur Service
All limousine services are chauffeur-driven. Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions given by the chauffeur and must not request the chauffeur to drive unlawfully, unsafely or in breach of road regulations.
6. Vehicle Availability & Substitution
Quick Wheels FZE will make reasonable efforts to provide the limousine selected at booking. If a particular vehicle becomes unavailable because of operational, safety or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we may offer a suitable replacement vehicle of a similar service category where available.
7. Customer Conduct
Passengers must behave responsibly and must not damage, misuse or create an unsafe environment inside the vehicle. Illegal activities, dangerous conduct, harassment of the chauffeur, or conduct that may endanger passengers, the chauffeur, the vehicle or other road users is prohibited.
8. Damage & Excessive Cleaning
The customer may be responsible for reasonable costs arising from damage or excessive cleaning caused by the customer or members of their party. Any such charge will be assessed based on the circumstances and supporting costs; no fixed penalty is created by these terms unless separately disclosed and accepted.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking/departure time incur no cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to 100% cancellation charges. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method/account within 7 working days. Please see the Refund Policy for full details.
10. Traffic, Delays & Events Outside Our Control
Journey times can be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, security restrictions, accidents, events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Quick Wheels FZE will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service but cannot guarantee an exact journey duration in such circumstances.
11. Lost Property
Customers should check the vehicle before leaving. If an item is believed to have been left in a limousine, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return found property but cannot guarantee recovery of items left behind.
12. Changes to a Booking
Requests to change a booking are subject to availability and may affect the price. A change is not confirmed until accepted by Quick Wheels FZE.
